At funding of the experiment from the federal budget of 2007 provided for funding of 100 million rubles, said V. Lavrenyuk.

Lavrenyuk reported that the already formed an expert group of representatives from the Ministry of Defense, other federal agencies, the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending and Credit Organizations. To arrange mortgage participants experiment conducted surveys and advice to military personnel throughout the territory of Russia.
