At the end of 2006, the number issued by CIT Finance mortgage loans amounted to 5 840 units. In doing so, only for the previous year the Bank was granted 5 770 of these loans.
As the press-center, throughout the year, the dynamics of loan CIT Finance is constantly improving. At the same time in the second half, despite the overheated real estate market, the number of outstanding bank loans increased by more than 220%. At the end of the year at CIT Finance has more than 200 loans a week. Through this real estate portfolio of the bank by the end of the year reached 10.8 billion rubles.
According to the Director-General of CIT Finance Investment bank Alexander Vinokurov, this year the bank plans to increase the number of loans at least twice. In 2007, CIT Finance is planning to significantly expand its regional network and start providing more loans in 20 cities of Russia.
