The new program will offer the following loan products:
APARTMENT: credit for the purchase of an apartment;
APARTMENT +: mortgage consumer loans for various purposes have collateral available to the client's apartment;
HOUSE: credit for the purchase of individual country house;
HOUSE +: mortgage consumer loans for various purposes have collateral available to the client's individual homes.
Loans are granted for periods of 1 to 25 years in the amount of 300000 to 15000000 rubles (depending on the region), up to 85% of the appraised value of laying flat, and up to 75% of the appraised value of the house lie the individual (as of the region). Interest rates are fixed and range from 11.9% to 13.25% per annum, depending on the loan product, borrower category and loan term.
