Interest rates on mortgage loans issued for the purchase of apartments in new buildings and in the secondary market, reduced to 9.9% in U.S. dollar/euro (10,9% in rubles) for up to 3 -- years, 10.9% in U.S. dollar/euro (11,9% in rubles) for a period of up to 5 years and 11.9% in U.S. dollar/euro (13,9% in rubles) for up to 10 -- years.
