International Moscow Bank has changed the conditions for granting mortgage loans in the secondary housing market in all regions its presence.
Characteristic of the new conditions is that the interest rate on mortgages in rubles is not dependent on the term loan and the borrower's income verification forms, and is equal to 14% per annum. Thus, reducing the interest rate on ruble loans on different dates ranged from 1% to 4%. In addition, the maximum term for loans in rubles increased to 20 years.
Also lowered interest rates on dollar loans for borrowers, confirming income certificate in the free form: now, with credit for up to 10 years, the rate is 10.4%, up to 15 years - 11,4%, up to 20 years - 12.4%.
In Chelyabinsk and Rostov-on-Don interest rates were brought into compliance with the terms of lending in Moscow and St. Petersburg, resulting in decreased rates on dollar loans to 1,1-1,6% and for Ruble at 1-4%. In Voronezh, Krasnodar and Perm IMB offered clients the terms of the mortgage capital.
Thus, for regional customers IMB minimum interest rate on mortgages is at the level of 9,9% in dollars and 14% in rubles and the maximum credit period of 20 years. In addition, customers of MSEs in all branches can buy an apartment on credit, having on hand only 10% of its value.
One of the differences of regional credit conditions of the capital is reduced the minimum loan amount (10 thousand dollars or 250 thousand rubles), and lowering the minimum and maximum commissions for arranging the loan ($ 200 or 6 thousand rubles, or $ 500 15 thousand rubles, respectively).
