Once again confirming its reputation as an active participant of the market of mortgage crediting, Absolut bank has increased the terms of credits in the framework of its own mortgage credit program from 10 to 15 years.
Prolongation of terms is a result of Bank’s consequent policy targeted at the maximum attention to the needs of the clients.
“Rendering of high quality bank services to the private clients with medium and high level of income is one of the most important directions of the activity of Absolut Bank. We are sure that the increase of the term of crediting will be optimal for our borrowers”, - Director of the Bank’s Crediting Department Oleg Dmitrienko has noted.
Absolut Bank has been developing its own mortgage program since December 2003.
On November, 1, 2004, the volume of credits given to the private persons on the security of the real estate constitutes 10.5 Million US Dollars. 
Optimal conditions of crediting, prompt and flexible approach to the consideration of applications provide high level of the clients’ interest to the mortgage credits of the Bank.
