TeleCHEQUE is:
Credit to individuals at the lowest in Russia interest rate varying in dependence of the terms of the credit: from 0,1% during the first three months and up to 9%in the second year.
Partial repayment of the credit during the term of its action is not required. You can either repay the credit gradually in accordance with convenient to you schedule thus saving on the interest, or postpone the repayment until the last day.
Security. The loss of the cheque-book will not result in any financial risk. It is highly unlikely that the person found the lost cheque-book would be able to use it as the signature on the cheque is compared with the signature on your ID with photo which is to be presented at the purchase point. You issue the inscribed personified cheque directly in the shop, and the cheque is not valid without your signature and the ID.
There is a possibility to purchase goods and services on credit in the shops - partners of Russian Bank of Development without compulsory partial payment with the borrower’s own means. The circle of the partners of the bank is constantly expanding – there are hundreds of them.
The credit is provided without additional securities, such as bails or third parties’ guarantees.

the annual interest rate constitutes only 0,1% in Rubles!

you will use the credit practically free of charge!
