June 4 at the next meeting of Council on development of small and medium-sized businesses under the leadership of the President of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Mironov discussed the promotion of microfinance as an incentive to the growth of small business and integrated socio - economic strengthening of the regions. For suggestions on this issue at the meeting, the President of the Association «Russia» Anatoly Aksakov. Thus, in his view, the real support in dealing with such important tasks may have a Development Bank, providing for the purpose of the funds. However, the major obstacle in addressing these challenges is the lack of financial literacy.
